Bring Pride to Life: 2026 Festival RFPs Now Open

Indy Pride is now accepting proposals for major production partners for the 2026 Indy Pride Festival.

Requests for Proposals are open for Stage Production, Talent Booking, and Tenting and Site Furnishings—three core service areas that help bring the Pride Festival to life for tens of thousands of attendees each year. We invite experienced, mission-aligned partners to review the RFPs and submit proposals that support a safe, accessible, and joyful Pride experience.

All proposals are due February 9, 2026. Selected partners will collaborate closely with Indy Pride staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive programming and infrastructure that reflects our community’s values.
