PrideReads to Expand with New Grant Funding

Good news for book lovers! Indy Pride has been awarded a Humanities Mini-Grant from Indiana Humanities to help launch a new PrideReads "Author in Conversation" series.

The grant will support special events that bring authors directly into conversation with Indianapolis readers, creating opportunities to go beyond the page and explore the stories, ideas, and experiences behind the books. PrideReads, Indy Pride's community book club in partnership with Tomorrow Bookstore, has quickly become a favorite gathering place for readers across the city. This new funding will help take the program to the next level with exciting author appearances and deeper community conversations.

Indy Pride is grateful to Indiana Humanities for investing in community-centered literary programming and helping create new opportunities for readers to connect with authors and one another.
