For Parade Participants:

Your updated 2026 Indy Pride Parade Informational Packet—including your assigned zone placement and load-in time—is available below. We will also be hosting two Parade Vendor Calls in the coming weeks. Join one or both to ask questions, review event logistics, and connect with our team:

Your updated 2026 Indy Pride Festival Informational Packet—including your assigned zone placement and booth load-in time—is available below. Your exact space assignment will be issued during load-in as we welcome nearly 400 vendors to the festival campus. We will also be hosting two Festival Vendor Calls in the coming weeks.
